Symantec^® has been known for years to deliver reliable security software. Now, to replace Symantec AntiVirus for Business 10.2, Symantec has unveiled the new Endpoint Protection 11.0 software. With a single agent and management console, it integrates a variety of essential protection features. The software includes a firewall, in addition to protection against viruses, spyware, worms, Trojans, rootkits, and bots.

• Manage from one location
  A single agent and management console lets you control all the included protection features from one integrated interface. Licensing, reporting, administration, and maintenance are all controlled centrally, lowering the total cost of ownership over time.
   
• Behavior-based scanning
  Proactive threat detection technology learns how dangerous threats operate. That's how it can protect against threats that haven't been seen before. This results in fewer false positives, and more accurate threat detection.
   
• Application and Device control
  Administrators can control how applications and remote devices interact with sensitive data. You can restrict certain suspicious or threatening activities, and prevent data from being transferred to a mobile medium like a USB drive or CD burner, reducing the likelihood of data theft.
