Adobe^® Flash^® CS3 Professional software lets you create websites, ads, presentations, playable web games, and more. Improving on the older 8.0 version of Flash, it now includes a streamlined interface and integration with other Adobe (and non-Adobe) products. The content you create can be delivered on web and mobile platforms. It is the first version of Flash to be fully developed by Adobe.

  Basic animation principles are included in the Flash timeline interface, which easily lets you add motion to your creations. Flash lets you visually adjust shape properties and create custom shapes with JavaScript. Flash also includes sophisticated video tools like an encoder, a high-quality codec, closed captioning, and more.

  Timeline animations can be converted into ActionScript 3.0 code which can be easily edited by developers, and offers improved performance, increased flexibility, and more intuitive development. Flash APIs can help add customization and extensions.
